Positive: The location was great! The rooms were spacious. Feint desk staff were very helpful.
Negative: The wifi in the rooms did not work. The a la cart breakfast was could be better.

Positive: They accommodated almost 4 hours before the check in time without making us wait at all! A very considerate gesture and highly appreciated 👏
Negative: The absencec of buffet breakfast was a deviation causing a little disappointment

Positive: LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT A VERY TRADITIONALLY DESIGNED AND DECORATED PROPERTY WITH LOTS OF OPEN SPACE THE ROOM SIZE WAS GOOD WITH CLEANLINESS COURTEOUS STAFF GOOD FOOD
Negative: IT IS A NOT PROPERTY FOR TOURISTS THIS IS PURLEY A PLACE FOR DESTINTATION EVENTS NO VALLE PARKING FOR GUESTS - YOU HAVE TO PARK YOUR CAR YOURSELVES NO REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM (AS IT IS GENERELLY NOT NEEDED FOR EVENTS' GUESTS) THE POOL IS GOOD BUT YOU CANNOT PLAN TO SWIM AS YOU FIND 20 AND MORE LABOUR AROUND DECORATING FOR THE HALDI CEREMONY - SET UP ALMOST PERMANENT IN NATURE ALSO THE BREAKFAST OF THE EVENTS' GUESTS WAS ARRANGED POOL SIDE THERE IS GOOD OPEN SPACE AND VERY BEAUTIFUL PARK BUT ALL SET UP FOR MARRAIGE CELEBRATIONS ONLY WITH A FEW PERMANENT NATURE SET UP SO AS A TOURIST YOU HAVE NOTHING TO ENGAGE WITH

Positive: Located at a walkable distance to Western Group of Temples, it was great for exploring Khajuraho, especially because we went to the Western Group multiple times. The room was spacious. We didn't use many facilities, since we were focused on site seeing, but pool was clearly a well-used and well-appreciated amenity in the weather. They also helped us check-in early.
Negative: They wouldn't clean the room when you are out. Since we had a short stay, we skipped cleaning altogether, because we didn't want to wait around for them to clean. They probably don't want to risk employees being accused of stealing anything. However, travelers should be able to put that much trust in a good, reputable hotel and hotel should have processes to ensure employee integrity.
